Ode to my Post-Run Meal

  1. I have quickly taken a liking to this post-run meal as well. It's great washed down with 3 beverages: coffee, water, and chocolate milk (consumed separately, of course). It IS important to note, however, that the bagel MUST be toasted to ensure the peanut butter achieves melty, warm perfection.
